Fees & Costs
Our fees are always competitive. Our full and partial bookkeeping clients have the option to choose hourly or on a monthly fee - whichever works for them and suits their cashflow best.
Monthly: The monthly fee option gives you peace of mind of knowing exactly how much your bookkeeping cost is going to be each month – making it much easier for you to budget. Additionally, the services scale - meaning the service scope can increase (or decrease) to your needs. To determine the fee, we discuss with you what your requirements will be for the quarter (or year) and break it up into monthly payments. By opting with monthly payments we offer a 2.5% overall discount.
Prepaid Hours or Hourly: If the bookkeeping is not consistent or you would prefer to prepay hours in blocks - this is also an option. By prepaying hours you can also save 2.5% on your overall fees.
Fixed Fees: Some of our services are provided on a fixed fee basis. For example, a single BAS Lodgement where you provide the figures, or the lodgement of Superannuation or a PAYG-I. In these instances, the fees are not charged per hour but per fee and can be packaged if need be.
After we have had our initial discussion, we determine the best and most practical solution for you and present that to you as our proposal / quotation. There is not a one size fits all for all businesses - some are sole traders with minimal turnover, others are large multi-entities with payroll. We support any size of business and will work with you to determine the right level of bookkeeping support.
Our Process:
Discovery Call or Questionnaire - To ascertain scope of services, about you, your business, your aspirations, your needs and requirements. We ask questions such as - what is your business about and how is it setup? What is it that you specifically need from Novo? How many transactions do you process each month? What is your current annual revenue? Do you have payroll?
Proposal - We present to you a formal proposal and quotation that includes various options that will best support you.
Engagement Letters & Agreements - are signed and returned
Access & Official Onboarding - We obtain the necessary permissions to access to your accounting program, other records and ATO linking.
Services Commence - Welcome! From here we aim to provide you with our outstanding service and a lot of business love and support. You will have one dedicated person to liaise with at all times.
